Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Master's or doctoral degree in SW, MFT, MHC, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for rapport-building.
• Non-judgmental, compassionate professional with time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans with clients.
• Provide individual therapy to adults using CBT, SFBT, and related modalities.
• Lead teletherapy sessions using remote platforms.
• Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
