As a pivotal member of our mental health community, you will play an essential role in improving the lives of individuals facing various mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid and current license as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport digitally.
• Compassion, empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward all clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain caseloads.
• No disciplinary history on professional license.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs and status of clients.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s individual goals and needs.
• Provide evidence-based individual therapy to adult clients using methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, ensuring compliance with all confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating quick decision-making skills to ensure client safety.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices and continually enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a member of our team, you will primarily work with adult clients presenting a diverse range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related challenges. Our client base encompasses individuals from various backgrounds, and your role will involve culturally sensitive approaches to therapy that foster a strong therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport within a digital environment.
• Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet client needs and maintain a healthy caseload.
• No disciplinary history on professional license.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy and familiarity with virtual health care platforms.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic techniques.
• Proven history of building a client base and managing caseloads effectively.
