CVS Health is hiring Licensed Clinical Therapists for a remote, full-time role supporting patients aged 13 and up. The position offers flexible hours between 20 and 40 per week, with a base pay range and a strong benefits package.

Therapists collaborate with a clinical care team to deliver evidence-based psychosocial care. Ideal candidates hold an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in at least one state and are willing to obtain additional licensure as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, active LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT license in the US with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning and short-term counseling skills using evidence-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Autonomy to build and grow the Minute Clinic practice without payer contracting, credentialing, and billing.
• Provide psychosocial support and education for mental wellbeing of individuals aged 13+.
• Access to assessment and treatment planning tools to support continuity of care.
