Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through interviews and standardized assessments.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use.
• Provide regular follow-up sessions with tools and strategies to manage mental health.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using inclusive, evidence-based techniques.
• Refer clients to additional healthcare resources, including psychiatrists when necessary.
