Job summary

The Allied Behavioral Health Center is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) for a 100% remote position. You will assess and treat individuals with anxiety, depression, substance use and other mental health challenges, delivering evidence-based therapy via telehealth.

Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team supports comprehensive care. You must hold a current NY license and have at least four years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (SOC, MFT, MHC, or Psy).
• Current NY licensure as LMFT/LMHC/LCSW or LCSW-R.
• Minimum of four years of clinical therapy experience.
• Experience delivering individual and group therapy with culturally responsive approaches.
• Proven crisis intervention capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Design personalized, evidence-based therapy plans.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare providers for referrals.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
