Job summary

Good Life Psychological Services seeks a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our fully remote team, delivering confidential therapy to clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues from Maryland.

The role includes assessments, evidence-based individual therapy (CBT/DBT), EMR documentation, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, crisis intervention, and outreach in the Brooklyn area.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Valid Maryland licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Minimum two years of mental health counseling experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches (CBT/DBT).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Maintain accurate, confidential EMR documentation.
• Engage in outreach to connect with potential clients in Brooklyn area.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
