Qualifications

• Master’s or higher degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Current Maryland licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based techniques (CBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care).
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain confidential EMR records in compliance with standards.
