Job summary

JC Prime Insurance is hiring licensed, remote Inside Sales Agents to join our high-performing team and drive growth through new sales, cross-sales, and referrals. You will be the front line of our agency, handling inbound customer calls and ensuring clients are properly protected with the right coverage.

This role requires a P&C or Personal Lines license, excellent communication, and a track record of trustworthiness.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines required.
• Allstate experience is a plus.
• Proven trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
• Coachable with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by identifying opportunities inside the book of business.
• Perform policy reviews with current customers.
• Active outreach to current and past customers and quotes.
• Solve underwriting and inspection issues as they arise.
• Assist with filing and handling claims.
• Provide service to current customers.
• Manage pipeline through company systems and follow up accordingly.
