Tyner Family Agency is seeking aLicensed Insurance Sales Representative to engage clients across North and South Carolina from a fully remote setup with an open office in Davidson, NC. You will build relationships, assess insurance needs, and drive tailored recommendations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of insurance sales experience, hold a North Carolina P&C license, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills in a self-motivated, remote work environment.

Formación

• Licensing required: North Carolina Property & Casualty license.
• 1–2 years of insurance sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client service mindset and desire to help clients.

Responsabilidades

• Client interaction to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
• Drive insurance sales by sourcing and closing new business to meet sales targets.
• Provide consulting by recommending policies that protect clients’ interests.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage.
• Document all activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on insurance industry trends to improve sales strategies.
