Job summary

Teleperformance seeks a Licensed Claims Insurance Specialist to serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Active home state Adjuster Insurance License.
• Remote work capable in a virtual team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Filing/documenting claims for customers who have been in accident
• Assist customers with setting up repairs/rentals
• Communicate with medical and law professionals as well as other insurance providers
• Help customers follow-up on previously submitted claims
• Work closely with adjusters, managers and others through Claims process
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide feedback on call issues.
