When Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to conduct needs assessments and present plan options across ACA Marketplace and Medicare products. Remote, independent contractor role with flexible hours.

Responsibilities include handling inbound contacts during SEP and enrollment windows, documenting outcomes in CRM, maintaining licensure, and staying current on CMS rules. 20+ hours weekly.

Formación

• Active health insurance producer license in good standing (resident license in one of: IA, MN, WA, OR, SC or FL)
• Minimum 2 years selling individual health insurance, ACA Marketplace or Medicare products
• Experience conducting enrollment conversations via phone
• Strong knowledge of ACA subsidies, SEP events, and Medicare eligibility rules
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound phone contacts during SEP or annual enrollment window
• Conduct needs assessments to determine plan eligibility
• Present and compare ACA Marketplace, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, or Part D options
• Document interactions and enrollment outcomes in the CRM
• Maintain licensure in required states throughout engagement
• Stay current on plan offerings, carrier guidelines, CMS rules, and SEP eligibility
