Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Seasonal Licensed Healthcare Team Lead in Texas. This hybrid role supports a client-focused team, coaching associates to achieve performance goals while ensuring high-quality customer experiences.

You will mentor, train, and resolve escalations, reporting to the Ops Manager as a proactive, guiding leader. The position requires an active health insurance license, an associate degree or equivalent, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Resident State Health Insurance License is required.
• Associate degree, technical school or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to meet performance goals while maintaining high quality customer experiences.
• Prepare individuals for success by teaching skills, reinforcing knowledge, and assessing readiness.
• Respond to associates' questions and escalations as the first line manager for the team.
