The role emphasizes compliant, customer-focused service in a performance-driven environment, handling inquiries and guiding applicants through enrollment while maintaining records and meeting quality targets.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Health Insurance License required at time of application.
• Experience in health insurance sales or customer service preferred.
• Experience in call center, remote, or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to explain complex insurance information clearly.
• Comfortable in a metric-driven environment.
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and time-management.
• Strong computer skills with multi-system navigation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls on health insurance products, coverage options, benefits, and enrollment.
• Educate customers on plans, benefits, costs, eligibility, and coverage details.
• Assess customer needs and provide guidance on appropriate health insurance options.
• Assist customers through the application and enrollment process.
• Document customer interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Follow Tennessee insurance regulations, compliance requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain professionalism while protecting customer information.
• Meet or exceed individual performance and quality goals.
• Navigate multiple systems while managing active conversations.
• Provide a positive customer experience from start to finish.
