Foundever is hiring a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to support customers from home in the US. You will complete licensing, participate in training, and provide empathetic, driven support for insurance products.

To do your best work, you will need:
- A hardwired high speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 5 Mbps download
- A quiet, secure, and dedicated workspace free from distractions
- A webcam is provided and will be used throughout training to create an engaging, connected learning experience. Once you are in your role, you can expect to use it for team check ins, one on ones, and team activities as well.
- A personal computer, laptop, or compatible tablet during College of Insurance training
Foundever covers everything you need to get licensed including pre-licensing training and exam prep, testing and licensing fees, and required background checks.
Please note that travel to testing or fingerprinting locations may be required, and a valid state issued photo ID is needed to complete this process.
Hours of Operation
- Monday through Sunday from 7:00 am-1:59 am ET.
Shifts may include evenings and weekends. All shifts are scheduled within our hours of operation, and schedules are shared in advance so you can plan accordingly.
