Qualifications

• 12 months minimum clinical setting after licensure
• Master’s level degree or higher in related field
• Active license (LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist) in office location; no interns
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Maintain licensure/certification throughout employment
• Team player with collaborative mindset
• Excellent written and oral communication
• EHR proficiency; NextGen desirable
• Strong computer literacy across common software

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Meet regularly with patients for counseling and plan adjustments
• Provide ongoing assessments and involve families when appropriate
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
