Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists work as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, focusing on delivering quality client care while Rula handles billing, claims, and administrative tasks.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks. Remote telehealth is supported, and new providers can join quickly with fast credentialing and dedicated support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions.
• Maintain client notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with Rula on referrals and scheduling.
