Rula is expanding its network of licensed therapists in Washington, offering 1099 contractor roles with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Therapists are paid per hourly session (53 minutes) at $80 with biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows or cancellations. New providers can receive a $20 in-person session pay increase in WA.

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC in Washington state.
• Valid NPI number.
