Job summary

Third Space Therapy combines private practice independence with a supportive group setting and focuses on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We’re seeking Associate Therapists to deliver telehealth therapy to Medicaid members.

You’ll set your own hours, receive full administrative support (billing, credentialing, insurance), and work remotely with a robust referral network and supervision opportunities to accrue hours toward licensure.

Qualifications

• A valid LAC license in good standing in the state of Arizona.
• Master's degree in Counseling with hands-on therapy or assessment experience.
• Own malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).
• Comfort with EHR systems and other digital tools.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred and additional languages a plus.
