Third Space Therapy is hiring Associate Therapists to provide telehealth services to Medicaid members. You will enjoy flexible hours, an autonomous caseload, and the backing of our administrative team for scheduling, billing, and credentialing.

You’ll work remotely, maintain HIPAA-compliant home offices, and build your clinical hours toward licensure while expanding access to care for underserved populations through Medicaid.

Qualifications

• Valid LPC license in good standing in Ohio.
• Master’s degree in Counseling with at least 6 months hands-on therapy or assessment experience.
• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members.
• Coordinate with clients to develop and monitor treatment plans.
• Document sessions and progress notes in the EHR.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and secure confidential virtual sessions.
• Support licensure hours toward independent practice.
