Job summary

Third Space Therapy offers telehealth therapy to Medicaid members, combining private practice independence with group support. You set hours, choose referrals, and receive administrative help with billing and credentialing.

We provide supervision matching at no cost to help accrue hours toward licensure, plus a remote practice model with paid per session therapy. English fluency is required, Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid LLPC license in good standing in Michigan.
• Master’s degree in Counseling with hands-on therapy or assessment experience (≥6 months).
• Maintain malpractice coverage of $1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate.
• Comfort with EHR systems and digital tools.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid population.
• Coordinate with administrative team for billing and credentialing.
• Build and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant remote sessions.
• Collaborate with supervisors to accrue licensure hours.
