Job summary

Catch Coverage, LLC is hiring Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent for a fully remote role in Alabama. You will educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options, identify coverage needs, and guide enrollments while providing consultative service.

The position offers $20.00 per hour with uncapped commissions and ongoing training in a supportive environment. Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply, and prior ACA sales experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply; ACA sales experience not required.
• Experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to complete and maintain ACA Marketplace registrations and training.
• Willing to work additional hours, including evenings/weekends during peak Open Enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options.
• Assess individual/family coverage needs and explain plan options.
• Guide consumers through the ACA Marketplace enrollment process.
• Provide professional, consultative customer service throughout interactions.
• Maintain accurate consumer information and enrollment documentation.
• Follow up with prospective and enrolled consumers as required.
• Meet sales, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Maintain licensing, certifications, and marketplace credentials.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to assist customers.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
