Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent; 3 years of litigation experience.
• Licensing: Home State License required; licensing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing GL, Auto, BI, and Premises Liability Litigation claims to determine exposure and benefits.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity to claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to excess carriers and responding to directions in a timely manner.
