Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience with 3 years of litigation.
• Home State License required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to determine exposure and resolve.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity to claimant and client.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions.
