Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years claims management experience or equivalent, with 3 years litigation experience.
• Home State License required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze GL, Auto, BI, & Premises Liability Litigation claims to determine benefits due.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions professionally and timely.
