Job summary

Allswell is expanding its clinical supervision team and seeking experienced board‑approved supervisors to mentor associate clinicians. This is a fully remote, part‑time role at 20 hours per week, with W2 or 1099 options.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Maryland (LCPC, LCSW-C) OR Virginia (LPC, LCSW).
• Formal Board-Approved Supervisor status in your licensing state(s).
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing direct clinical supervision.
• Demonstrated experience in LGBTQIA+ mental health and gender-affirming care.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision to associate clinicians.
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation and treatment plans per state regulations.
• Guide supervisees in best practices for LGBTQIA+ mental health and trauma-informed care.
• Support associates during clinical crises and high-risk evaluations.
• Collaborate on clinical quality assurance and licensure tracking.
• Carry a small client caseload to stay connected to supervisees.
