Job summary

Allswell is expanding its remote supervision team for licensed clinicians in Maryland or Virginia. You will supervise associate clinicians, ensure ethical care, and maintain documentation while also keeping a small client caseload to stay connected to practice and supervisees.

We seek a Board-Approved Supervisor with 2+ years of supervision experience, skilled in LGBTQIA+-affirming approaches and trauma-informed care, ready for flexible, remote hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in MD (LCPC, LCSW-C) or VA (LPC, LCSW).
• Board-Approved Supervisor status with relevant state board.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical supervision experience.
• Experience with LGBTQIA+-affirming care and gender-affirming practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision to associate clinicians.
• Review and sign off on clinical documentation, treatment plans, and codes.
• Guide supervisees in best practices for LGBTQIA+ mental health and trauma-informed care.
• Support during clinical crises and high-risk evaluations.
• Collaborate on clinical quality assurance and licensing tracking.
• Carry a small client caseload to stay connected with supervisees.
