Job summary

Femme & Them, PLLC is seeking an Associate Therapist to deliver remote, affirming therapy to LGBTQ+ clients in Washington State. The role starts part-time and scales to 25+ sessions weekly, with a focus on trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

Applicants must hold a WA Associate license and demonstrate experience or training in affirmative care for diverse populations, with opportunities for growth across modalities and leadership within the practice.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Associate License (not pending).
• Experience or training in affirmative care with LGBTQ+ populations.
• Willingness to see 25+ clients per week.

Responsibilities
