COA Network Inc. seeks an experienced Lending Systems Analyst to act as the business-side technical owner and platform steward for consumer lending applications.

The role blends strong consumer lending knowledge with hands-on support for lending technology across Product, Operations, IT, Legal & Compliance, Customer Care, and external vendors. You will translate lending requirements into system configurations, manage reports on SLAs and KPIs, and ensure regulatory controls and audit trails are

Qualifications

• Strong consumer lending knowledge from a banking or financial-services environment.
• Ability to translate lending requirements into system capabilities.
• Experience with UAT, test-case development, regression testing, release validation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business-side technical project manager and platform steward for assigned consumer lending systems.
• Support lending platform implementations, product launches, enhancements, releases, and ongoing production operations.
• Configure and maintain consumer loan products, including loan terms, APR/interest-rate logic, payment rules, eligibility, servicing rules, and controls.
• Develop and manage financial‑services reports to monitor SLAs, KPIs, platform health, and operational performance.
• Coordinate with product, operations, IT, legal/compliance, customer care, and external vendors.
