Job summary

CV3 Financial Services, a subsidiary of CV3 Holdings, seeks a Business Technology Analyst to support lending technology, Borrower Center, and Mortgage Cadence Platform. You’ll administer user access, test enhancements, and coordinate with IT and developers to resolve issues throughout the loan lifecycle.

You’ll partner with business users and operations to document requirements, create clear tickets, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience in a related field.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar development-tracking platforms.
• Mortgage or lending-process knowledge is preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the Creative Development Helpdesk and manage requests.
• Troubleshoot Borrower Center and Mortgage Cadence Platform issues (access, functionality, permissions).
• Document resolutions, escalate when needed, and communicate next steps to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain external broker accounts and sites per approved forms.
• Coordinate with IT for account creation and maintain records.
• Test enhancements and fixes in Staging/QA and document results.
