Job summary

Mission Loans, LLC is seeking a Mortgage Lending Product Specialist to design, test, and update lending criteria such as LTV, credit thresholds, and DTI, while coordinating product launches with investors and markets.

You will act as a bridge between sales, underwriting, compliance, and secondary markets to ensure seamless rollout of changes. A strong analytical mind and Excel proficiency are required in a fast-paced remote setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree if required by role (preferred).
• 2–3 years in mortgage lending product development, credit risk, policy analysis or secondary marketing.
• Underwriting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and update lending criteria (e.g., LTV, credit score thresholds, DTI).
• Organize launch of new lending products while maintaining investor guidelines.
• Provide product assessments and comparisons; coordinate new product rollout.
• Maintain investor guidelines and coordinate announcements of changes.
• Bridge between sales, underwriting, compliance, and secondary markets for program changes.
