Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC is seeking a Lender Task Administrator to partner with client and internal teams to ensure long-term professional relationships by managing CPI/LPI and reviewing the lender cycle. You will ensure lenders receive billings and reports and borrowers receive notices.

The role emphasizes workflow management, issue resolution, and data analysis, including processing notices, handling premiums, researching issues, and ensuring timely SLA performance in a dynamic loan servicing

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Less than 12 months of related experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree or Vocational/Technical degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage client issues with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day CPI/LPI workflow, audit notices, premiums, and client requests.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with internal teams and communicating findings to clients.
• Analyze loan-level indicators and review client reporting to drive process improvements.
