The Ovation Law Firm is seeking a Settlement Coordinator to move lemon law cases from demand to funded settlements. You will track settlements, coordinate with manufacturers and clients, and ensure settlement paperwork, vehicle surrenders and payments close cleanly.

As a remote role supporting nationwide clients, you will work closely with attorneys and case managers. Strong English communication is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a law firm, claims, or settlement role.
• Experience reading and summarizing financial documents such as purchase contracts and loan payoff statements.
• Clear, professional written communication with clients and opposing counsel.

Responsabilités

• Move lemon law cases from demand to funded settlement.
• Track every settlement, offers, and ensure attorney is informed of responses.
• Serve as daily contact with manufacturer reps and defense counsel on open settlements.
