Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years in case management or similar role in a U.S. law firm or U.S. company.
• Lemon Law or related legal case management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with HubSpot or FileVine is a plus.
• Strong English communication (C1) and bilingual English/Spanish.
• Ability to work remotely from home with stable internet.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Laptop with 16GB RAM, Core i5 or higher; 25 Mbps internet speed.
• Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM PST schedule.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for clients with timely updates via phone and email.
• Guide clients through each stage of their case with clear processes and strong communication.
• Conduct case reviews to confirm eligibility and gather necessary information.
• Organize and maintain case files with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, deadlines, and follow-ups to progress cases.
• Draft, prepare, and file legal documents to support attorneys.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction.
