Job summary

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Lemon Law Defense practice in a fully remote role within California. You will handle major automotive defense matters with mentor-led growth, participate in trials, and advance litigation skills from discovery to trial while enjoying a supportive, women-led environment.

We encourage junior to senior associates to apply, with strong emphasis on hands-on responsibility, training lunches, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license.
• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling discovery.
• Deposition experience.
• Experience appearing at CMCs and/or status conferences.
• Must reside in California.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct and respond to discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Appear at case management conferences, status conferences, and hearings.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
• Participate in trials and trial preparation.
• Work closely with clients and firm leadership on litigation strategy.
