Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents, demand letters, and court pleadings.
• Conduct legal research pertinent to lemon law claims.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members.
