Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company that designs destination weddings, honeymoons, cruises, family vacations, and luxury getaways for clients worldwide. The Leisure Services Coordinator will assist clients with exploring destinations, reviewing vacation services, and assembling cohesive plans.

The role involves coordinating beach vacations, all-inclusive resorts, cruises, and other experiences.

Qualifications

• Provide helpful and professional customer service
• Communicate effectively via phone, email, messaging, and virtual platforms
• Stay organized and track detailed information
• Review dates, names and reservation details accurately
• Research information and evaluate options
• Manage time and follow through on responsibilities
• Handle multiple client requests concurrently
• Work independently in a remote environment
• Have basic computer and internet skills
• Willing to learn online booking platforms and supplier tech
• Must be 18 years or older
• Reside in qualifying regions (US/UK/Australia/Spain/Mexico)

Responsabilités

• Consult with clients to learn vacation preferences
• Identify destination, dates, budget, accommodations, and activities
• Explore suitable vacation experiences based on requests
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, and services
• Review options and organize information for clients
• Provide recommendations based on priorities
• Explain features, inclusions, policies, and booking requirements
• Coordinate services using approved supplier resources
• Review reservation details for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records of confirmations and client information
• Monitor important dates for each reservation
• Follow up with clients on outstanding information or next steps
• Provide updates throughout planning and coordination
• Assist with routine questions, modifications, or service requests
• Stay informed about destinations and supplier offerings
