Hope’s Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company seeking dependable Leisure Booking Advisors to research and arrange leisure vacations. You will help turn client requests into organized vacation plans by identifying options, providing information, and coordinating services with approved suppliers.

Vacation requests may include resort stays, cruises, all-inclusive packages, family trips, romantic getaways, group vacations, international destinations, tours, and excursions.

Responsibilities

• Review pricing, availability, and amenities.
• Prepare suitable choices based on client requirements.
• Provide information to help clients evaluate options.
• Answer questions regarding services, policies, and reservations.
• Complete requested arrangements through supplier platforms.
• Verify passenger names, dates, accommodations, and booking details.
• Record confirmations and maintain reservation documentation.
• Monitor deposits, payments, and important booking dates.
• Contact clients when additional information is needed.
• Provide reservation updates and pre-departure information.
• Assist with standard booking modifications and client questions.
• Keep current with destination information, supplier offerings, and products.
