Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a Title Analyst on a contract basis to support utility-scale renewable projects with title review, survey review, and curative actions.

The role collaborates with Development, Land, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure documentation meets investor requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years reviewing title commitments, title policies, land agreements and easements.
• Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders and consultants.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret title documents and curative actions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, site control instruments, and related land docs for utility-scale projects.
• Maintain and update ENGIE's Title Review Excel Spreadsheet with requirements and tracking.
• Prepare Title Status Reports highlighting findings, risks and financing considerations.
• Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to advance title policies.
• Review ALTA/NSPS surveys to verify compliance with investor and lender requirements.
• Evaluate easements, rights of way, encroachments and constructability impacts.
• Coordinate title curative actions with landowners, utilities and lenders.
• Attend project meetings and provide bi-weekly status updates.
