Job summary
ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through title review, survey review and curative actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field required.
- Minimum five years reviewing title commitments, policies, land agreements, and surveys for large projects.
- Experience coordinating with title companies, lenders and external consultants.
Responsibilities
- Review title commitments, proformas, site control documents, and related land records for utility-scale projects.
- Maintain Title Review Excel Spreadsheet with vesting, title exceptions, and curative actions.
- Prepare Title Status Reports outlining findings, risks and financing implications.
- Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to align with ENGIE and investors.
- Review ALTA/NSPS surveys for compliance with investor and title insurance requirements.
- Evaluate easements, rights of way, crossing requirements, and constructability impacts.
- Coordinate approved title curative actions with stakeholders; support mineral title reviews.
- Attend meetings and provide bi-weekly written status updates.
