Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Legal & Title Analyst to support utility-scale renewable energy projects through title review, survey review, curative actions, and project finance coordination.

You will collaborate with Development, Land, Legal, and Finance teams, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure site control and title policy compliance. Responsibilities include reviewing title commitments and ALTA surveys, evaluating easements, and preparing status reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years reviewing title commitments and related land documents.
• Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, lenders and consultants.
• Strong written communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, proformas and land documents for energy projects.
• Prepare Title Status Reports and track title exceptions and curative actions.
• Coordinate with title companies and provide redline comments to lenders.
