Job summary

Polsinelli seeks a Legal Support Specialist for a remote role, available to candidates in states where the firm practices. The candidate should have at least five years of Legal Assistant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with expert-level Excel as a plus.

This position supports the administrative team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The shift runs Monday through Thursday 12:00 PM–8:45 PM CST and Friday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM CST.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Legal Assistant or Legal Administrative Assistant experience required.
