You will identify attorneys, develop strong candidate relationships, and manage search execution from kickoff through placement, in a remote-friendly, commission-driven environment.

• Proven ability to identify and engage attorneys and legal professionals.
• Comfort with proactive outreach and relationship-driven recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage attorneys and legal professionals through outbound calling and targeted outreach.
• Develop trusted relationships; understand career goals and align with opportunities.
• Own execution of active searches, pipelines, follow-up, and interview coordination.
• Build knowledge across law firms, corporate legal departments, and the broader market.
• Take on account management and client interaction as needed.
