OpusLex Partners is a boutique legal recruiting firm seeking a candidate-focused recruiter for a fully remote, 180/split-desk role. You will source, engage, and place top associate attorneys, with no business development responsibilities and a focus on the candidate side of the desk.

Ideal candidates are experienced recruiters or high-potential entrants driven to build a career in recruiting, with strong outbound skills and relationship-building ability.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree required.
• Strong outbound sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple candidates and processes.

Responsibilities

• Headhunt and engage attorneys via phone, video, and digital tools.
• Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess fit.
• Guide candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Influence candidates on career decisions and next steps.
• Collaborate with internal business development teams when needed.
