Consilio LLC is seeking a highly skilled Legal Project Manager, Employment Litigation & Discovery to support a corporate legal department as part of a client-facing legal services team. This hybrid role combines litigation support, discovery management, and legal project leadership to oversee employment-related discovery from inception through production.

You will partner with attorneys, HR, IT, compliance, and outside counsel to deliver timely, defensible, and high-quality results, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in litigation support or the legal industry, with significant project management.
• Strong experience managing complex discovery processes, particularly employment-related matters.
• Proficiency with e-discovery tools and legal technology; ability to quickly learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide litigation support by managing cases from inception through discovery.
• Lead and coordinate discovery meetings across teams to ensure timely collection and production.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Manage client expectations and build consultative relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and litigation protocols.
