Consilio LLC is seeking a highly skilled Legal Project Manager for Employment Litigation & Discovery to support a corporate legal department within a client-facing legal services team. This hybrid role oversees employment-related discovery from inception through production, partnering with attorneys, HR, IT, compliance, and outside counsel to deliver timely, defensible results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in litigation support or the legal industry, including significant project management experience.
• Strong experience managing complex discovery processes, particularly employment-related matters.
• Proficiency with e-discovery tools and legal technology; ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and client-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide litigation support to attorneys by establishing and managing cases from inception through the discovery phase.
• Ability to utilize multiple systems to setup cases.
• Prepare accurate and detail-oriented legal hold notices, ensuring documentation and compliance with preservation requirements.
• Collect, organize, and review company records in support of litigation.
• Lead and coordinate discovery meetings across teams to facilitate information gathering and production of documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and internal protocols throughout case management and discovery processes.
• Preparation of electronic data in compliance with legal and court-mandated protocols.
• Provide end-to-end oversight of multiple concurrent discovery matters and serve as the primary client contact.
