Qualificações

• JD degree with active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (prefer NY).
• 3–7 years of experience in contract review or commercial transactions.
• Experience with SaaS, vendor, licensing, and services agreements.
• Knowledge of technology-related agreements and data privacy considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead review, drafting, and negotiation of SaaS, vendor, licensing, and services agreements.
• Identify legal and regulatory risks and ensure compliance across contracts.
• Support GDPR and data privacy initiatives within the organization.
• Leverage AI and legal tech to automate contracting workflows.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing to align legal standards with business goals.
