Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Manager, Legal Operations & Strategic Projects in the United States. This role oversees strategic initiatives, complex transactions, and operational workflows within a dynamic legal department.

You will coordinate mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and closing requirements while ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution. This fully remote opportunity offers influence over legal operations in the media and entertainment sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of broadcast media/entertainment contracts experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract terminology and deal structures.
• Experience managing complex transactions and data rooms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal operations initiatives and strategic projects across the legal department.
• Coordinate complex transactions including M&A and financing activities with milestones and closing requirements.
• Organize and maintain virtual data rooms with contracts and supporting docs for stakeholders.
• Coordinate due diligence across departments and manage information requests.
• Develop and maintain project trackers, diligence logs, and closing checklists.
• Track approvals and coordinate contract execution and closing binders.
• Manage contract organization, retrieval, and lifecycle maintenance.
• Draft agreements and disclosures under attorney supervision.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Programming to support transactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and departmental efficiency.
• Perform additional duties with confidentiality and professionalism.
