Remote Legal Document Associate - CA Litigation (2nd Shift)

We’re a people-powered organization with a presence in North America, the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific, employing thousands worldwide to help our clients operate efficiently. Our team supports law firms with document production and helps financial institutions manage communications.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 1pm - 10pm Pacific Time

This role involves document review and preparation, including creating spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, and presentations to support client branding and project tracking.

Job duties:

  • Create and edit legal documents per client specifications using applicable software.
  • Transcribe tapes, scan, clean, and convert documents between formats.
  • Recover or restore corrupted document files.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential documents and information.
  • Communicate with managers and supervisors regarding job or deadline issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant experience preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in legal, banking, or large corporate environments.
  • Document production and word processing experience preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong keyboarding skills.
  • Experience with other document editing/creation software.
  • Knowledge of legal timekeeping or job tracking systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Effective decision-making and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including professional etiquette.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Proven customer service skills and ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $18.40 - $19.37/hour + 10% shift differential
