Remote Legal Document Associate - CA Litigation (2nd Shift)

Full-time

We specialize in administrative support, document production, presentation design, and marketing and communications services, primarily within legal, financial, and professional services industries.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 1pm - 10pm Pacific Time

This role involves document review and preparation, including creating spreadsheets, charts, graphs, mail merges, tables, presentations, and other documents to support client branding and project tracking.

Job duties:

  1. Create and edit legal documents using applicable software.
  2. Transcribe tapes, scan, clean, and convert documents between formats.
  3. Recover or restore corrupted files.
  4. Handle sensitive and confidential information.
  5. Communicate with managers regarding deadlines and issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or experience preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in legal, banking, or corporate environments.
  • Document production and word processing skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong typing skills.
  • Knowledge of legal timekeeping or job tracking systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and customer service skills.

Pay: $18.40 - $19.37/hour + 10% shift differential
