Job summary

ABC Legal Services is a national leader in service of process with offices across the United States. The e-File Specialist role is remote but must be located in Florida, supporting the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing teams to file documents and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include reviewing and filing legal documents, participating in training, and investigating discrepancies while completing additional projects as needed. Requires a high school diploma or GED and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus.
• Tech experience is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Desire and ability to be a team player.
• Typing speed of at 50 to 60 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process.
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise.
• Complete additional projects as assigned.
